Review
A complete set of tools for working with PDF documents is included in the Nitro PDF Professional software. The professional level tools are easy to use and you can do many things with your PDF documents. You are able to create, combine, edit, secure, convert and collaborate on PDF files.
The PDF files can be created from more than 300 types of files. The most commonly used file types, such as Word, Excel and Power Point, can be converted with just one click. The PDF files that are created with the Nitro PDF Professional software can be viewed by all other PDF viewing applications. Editing content with Nitro PDF lets you make corrections and remove or add text. Images can also be edited by cropping, resizing, inserting and replacing. It is also possible to add headers, footers, watermarks and page numbers.
The professional version of Nitro PDF also lets you share the converted PDF files with colleagues and they can then add their comments, notes and make corrections. All the added comments can then be seen in one place, which makes going through them easier. The security features enable you to create documents that cannot be tampered with. Passwords and digital certificates can be added which limits who can work with and open the files. |
